Psalms 25 | King James Bible |
Chapter 26 | |
| [A Psalm] of David. |
| Examine3 me, O LORD, and prove16 me; try3 my reins and my heart. |
| For thy lovingkindness [is] before mine eyes: and I have walked98 in thy truth. |
| I have not sat1 with vain persons, neither will I go in4 with dissemblers.12 |
| I have hated1 the congregation of evil doers;56 and will not sit4 with the wicked. |
| I will wash4 mine hands in innocency: so will I compass25 thine altar, O LORD: |
| That I may publish53 with the voice of thanksgiving, and tell15 of all thy wondrous works.12 |
| LORD, I have loved1 the habitation of thy house, and the place where thine honour dwelleth. |
| Gather4 not my soul with sinners, nor my life with bloody men: |
| In whose hands [is] mischief, and their right hand is full1 of bribes. |
| But as for me, I will walk4 in mine integrity: redeem3 me, and be merciful3 unto me. |
| My foot standeth1 in an even place: in the congregations will I bless17 the LORD. |
